Triund Trek Height

Day 01

  • Mid-morning to Afternoon: Begin walking from Gallu Devi Temple towards Triund. It takes about 3-4 hours to walk there. The path goes through forests and hills.
  • Afternoon: When you reach Triund, settle into your accommodation or set up your tent if you’re camping. Take some rest after the walk.
  • Evening: As the sun sets, the sky becomes colorful. It’s a beautiful sight from Triund. You can have dinner and relax. If you’re camping, make a campfire and share stories.

Day 02

  • Morning: Wake up early to see the sunrise. It’s amazing to watch the sky change colors over the mountains.
  • Mid-morning: Have breakfast and explore around Triund. You can walk a bit more to see Snowline or Lahesh Cave if you want.
  • Late morning to Afternoon: Start your journey back to Gallu Devi Temple. It’s easier going down but still needs care.
  • Afternoon: Reach Gallu Devi Temple and finish your trek. From there, you can go back to McLeod Ganj or Dharamshala.
